Tool-Free Design
The Area-51 7500 desktop has a tool-free case and chassis designed for easy computer maintenance and upgradability. Access the case, remove and install components and swap out drives by hand. While some manufacturers discourage and even prohibit users from working on their systems, Alienware users expect more. We believe this level of access reinforces a sense of true ownership on the part of the user for their Alienware computer.
Wiring
Look inside your Area-51 7500 desktop and you won’t find many wires. Alienware bundles the wires and cables of its desktop computers and secures them away from view. Aesthetics aside, without nests of wires clogging the main chamber, air flow increases, bringing system temperatures down. Also, when you go to work on your Area-51 7500, you won’t find yourself pushing cables out of your way or having to unplug one component to reach another.
